Don't get stressed, get organized!

I can't believe it is already March! Well the overwhelmed feeling has slightly subsided, but I'm still gonna be super busy for the rest of the semester. I finished my action research today and was very glad when all 3 of my students made gains and improvements in their reading. Now I have to finish that paper and write out my results and conclusions. Then I still have my evaluation writing that I'm working on as well. Now that the week of teaching is over I have to reflect, analyze, and consider how to help those students still struggling. And of course there is still the looming job application process. But when I get stressed I get organized...so I've organized my job search by creating a top school district folder that contains sections to put information about each of the school districts I am applying to. So far I've narrowed it to 11 school districts and about 55 schools that I'm interested in. The UT education job fair is next Wednesday! I got a suit, printed my resumes, and am excited, but nervous too! I actually got a call today from a school district that I haven't really considered but they want to interview me next week during the fair so I added them to my list!

My New Suit!
